Make sure the following directories are set correctly for your Toad for Oracle install. These are the default directories: Make sure AppData is pointing to C: Documents and Settings USERNAME Application Data Quest Software Toad for Oracle 9.7 Make sure Path is pointing to C: Program Files Quest Software Toad for Oracle 4. Make sure the user has read/write privileges to these registry settings.
